Teri received a master’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University (1978) and is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, credentialed since 1992. She was on the national board of the Association for Play Therapy (APT) from 1996 through 2003, was the organization’s President in 99/2000 and currently serves as a board member for the APT Foundation. She was a founding spirit of the Arizona Association for Play Therapy acting as the organization’s first president in 1993. Teri lectures nationally on topics related to play therapy, supervision, consultation, positive parenting, self-esteem, and divorce. Ms. Krull has instructed graduate courses in Play Therapy and Child and Adolescent Assessment at Arizona State University and other Arizona-based colleges and is currently adjunct staff at Creighton University School of Medicine-Child Psychiatry. Her work history includes employment as a school social worker, medical social worker, teacher, juvenile probation officer, community educator, women’s resource center counselor, and university resident advisor.

Teri is the Director of The Center for Positive Regard, a play therapy education and supervision center, and has a 39-year private practice specializing in the treatment of children and families. She is nationally recognized as a parent coach, play therapy presenter and professional supervisor.
